🔁 Return Policy – Rockhold Ranch Equipment

At Rockhold Ranch Equipment, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:


Eligible Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

  • Special orders or custom-built equipment (e.g. custom skids or trailers)

  • Opened chemicals or detergents

  • Electrical components or parts once installed

  • Used pressure washers or accessories that show signs of wear


📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at rockholdranchllc@gmail.com or call 214-399-1300 to initiate a return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if eligible, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  3. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or offer store credit. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


📍 In-Person Returns

Returns can also be made in person at our Ennis, TX location during business hours.

Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused at delivery:
• The order will be treated as a return once it arrives back at Rockhold Ranch Equipment.
• The product cost will be refunded, minus any shipping charges (including return shipping fees).
• If the item is returned damaged or shows signs of use, a restocking fee may apply.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refusing a package does not cancel an order. Contact us before shipment to cancel or change an order.
