The Platinum Package is for contractors who rely on their equipment every day and want the highest level of protection, savings, and service.

This is the “no-worries” plan.

📍 Important Details

• Free service + winterization must be completed at our shop
• Onsite repairs still require normal service call fees
• Major rebuilds, engines, pumps, and specialty repairs billed separately
• Valid for 1 unit per package, per year

Maintenance Package Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all Rockhold Ranch Equipment Maintenance Packages (Gold and Platinum). Purchase or use of a package constitutes agreement to the following:

1. Term & Expiration

• Each package is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Unused benefits do not roll over and are non-refundable.

2. One Unit Per Plan

• Each package applies to one pressure washer only.
• A separate plan must be purchased for additional units.
• Serial/model information may be recorded at the first service.

3. Where Service Is Performed

• Annual service and winterization are performed at our shop.
• Customer is responsible for drop-off and pickup.
• On-site work (if requested) still requires normal service call fees and travel charges.

4. Priority Scheduling

• Priority means customers with active plans are worked in ahead of non-members, when possible.
• Priority does not guarantee same-day or immediate repair.

5. Included Services

Packages include only the services listed for that plan (as advertised at purchase).
Examples of included services may be: inspections, tune-ups, annual service, and winterization.

6. Parts & Labor Discounts

• Discounts apply only to repairs performed by Rockhold Ranch Equipment.
• Gold: 10% off qualifying parts.
• Platinum: 20% off qualifying parts.
• Discounts do not apply to: engines, pumps, special-order items, freight, consumables, or already-discounted items unless approved.

Labor discounts apply only where stated and only during the subscription period.

7. What Is NOT Included

Maintenance plans do not cover:

• Major pump or engine rebuilds
• Replacement engines or pumps
• Electrical system rewiring
• Burner rebuilds or tank replacements
• Diagnostic fees for complex issues
• Damage caused by misuse, freezing, neglect, or improper installation
• Aftermarket modifications or non-OEM compatibility

Any additional repairs are quoted separately.

8. Winterization

• Winterization is included once per year per plan.
• Unit must be in working condition at the time of winterization.
• Rockhold Ranch is not responsible for freeze damage occurring after pickup due to improper storage, operation, or weather exposure.

9. Scheduling & Missed Appointments

• Appointments are required.
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in rescheduling delays.

10. Transfer & Cancellation

• Plans are non-transferable to another person or business.
• Plans may transfer to another unit only at our discretion.
• Plans are non-refundable once services or discounts have been used.

11. Liability & Warranty

• Maintenance packages are preventative services — they do not guarantee that breakdowns will never occur.
• Repairs carry only the warranty provided on the specific part/service performed.
• Rockhold Ranch is not responsible for lost revenue, downtime, or missed jobs due to equipment failure.

12. Tax

Packages may be subject to applicable taxes based on state requirements.

13. Changes

Rockhold Ranch Equipment reserves the right to modify package offerings or terms at any time. Existing plans will honor benefits in effect at the time of purchase.
